This package is for a full intake manifold restoration service. You send the intake and we do the work. All of the intakes we restore get fully cleaned, sand blasted and coated with Cerakote. Cerakote is the best thin film Ceramic Coating in the world. It lays down and 25.4 microns (2 mil) thin. It is also incredibly durable and doesn't come off gasoline, brake fluid, oil or brake kleen. Won't chip either! Show me another coating that can do all that!
You send us your intake, we perform the work required and then we send it back.
Before you send your intake we recommend completely stripping it down and cleaning it. This means removing everything from the intake prior to sending it in the mail. We are all trying to save money, and this is one of the easiest ways to save some money. Clean it real good with simple green, remove as much grime as you possibly can. If your intake shows up assembled and not clean, you will be charged $250 to disassemble, clean and reassemble the intake prior to work beginning.
